Privacy policy
This page says what the support and sales request service of Perfect Streamer at https://support.pstreamer.tv/crm does with personal data. It describes what this system actually stores and does. The product itself is presented at https://pstreamer.tv/
Who is responsible
The operator of this site decides what the data is used for and answers for it.
What we receive
- Your email address. It is required for every ticket, and you prove it with a code or a link we send to it.
- What you type into a request form. The technical form asks about the problem, the system and its settings. The form about buying asks whether you buy as a company or as a private person, for a name and a country, and offers optional fields: legal name, postal address, tax ID, website, contact person, position, phone, messenger. The form for license holders asks for a topic and a question.
- The messages and the files you send in the conversation of a ticket.
- Technical data: the network (IP) address and the name of your browser at a login and in the record of security-relevant actions; the language and the time zone of your browser.
Do not send passwords, license keys or the personal data of other people. Texts and files are stored as you send them.
What we use it for
- To answer your ticket and to recognise you by your address the next time.
- For a ticket about buying: to keep a customer record with the name, the contacts and, later, the licenses, so that sales can answer you and prepare an offer.
- Whatever your ticket is about: when it concerns buying or a license, staff may pass your address to the sales staff of the operator and attach it to a customer record, as a contact of that customer. Such a record is kept until staff deletes it.
- To protect the service: limits on the number of requests and codes, and a record of logins.
This system sends no advertising and no newsletters, and its pages load nothing from other sites: no analytics and no trackers.
Your consent
Before a ticket is sent you tick a box that gives your consent to this processing. The system records when you gave it and which version of this page it showed.
Who reads it
- The support staff of the operator read technical tickets, their conversation and their files.
- The sales staff of the operator read tickets about buying and about licenses, and the customer record.
- Administrators of the operator read everything, the record of logins included.
- Staff who answer a technical ticket see of a customer record only its name, its status and one line for each license.
- No other client sees anything of yours.
Emails to you and notifications to staff pass through the mail server the operator uses. Where the operator has switched it on, staff are also notified through Telegram: such a message carries the number and the subject of a ticket and, if the operator chose so, the beginning of its text.
Cookies
Only cookies the service needs: one for your login, one that keeps a ticket you have started and protects the forms, your language, your time zone, and short-lived marks of the login and confirmation steps. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
How long it is kept
The periods in force are listed under "Storage periods on this site" at the end of this page.
- A ticket that was started and not sent is removed after its period.
- A closed ticket is removed with its conversation and files after its period; an open ticket is not removed.
- The content of the files of a closed ticket has a period of its own, which may be shorter; the list of the files stays with the ticket.
- An account without tickets is removed after its period without a login, and no sooner than the record of its logins is removed. An account that staff has blocked is kept, so that the block holds.
- The record of logins and the record of sent messages are removed after their periods.
- A customer record is not removed automatically: it is kept until staff deletes it.
- Backup copies of the database hold what the database held on their day, until they are replaced by newer ones.
- The server keeps technical logs with the network address, the time and the address of the page, for as long as the operator of the server sets.
How it is protected
There are no passwords: you log in with a code sent to your mailbox, so whoever can read your mailbox can read your tickets. Codes and login tokens are stored only as hashes. Staff see only the kinds of tickets their role opens.
What you can ask for
You see your tickets and their conversation after logging in on this site. You can ask the operator what is stored about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it.
You can ask in a ticket on this site, or in a reply to a ticket you already have.
The system removes a closed ticket only after its storage period. If you want something removed sooner, ask the operator, who decides on it and answers you.
Changes
This page always shows the current text. Its version is named at the end.
